Mgr. Dominika Holubová

  • In 2022 she graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Charles University in Prague.
  • During her studies, she completed internships in both chambers of the Parliament of the Czech Republic, at the prosecutor's office and in the civil and criminal sections of the district courts in Prague.
  • While studying, she also worked in a law firm in Prague, where she focused mainly on civil and criminal law.
  • As part of the Erasmus+ programme, she studied for two semesters at the Universidad Pública de Navarra in Spain.
  • She started her associate practice in a renowned law firm in Prague, where she also had worked during her studies and where she focused especially on litigations.
  • Since June 2022 she has been a legal trainee at Brož & Sokol & Novák.
  • She is fluent in English and Spanish.

Mgr. Martin Pešek

  • In June 2021 he successfully graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno.
  • Throughout his studies, he worked as a paralegal in a law firm engaged in general practice, where he subsequently joined as a law clerk in August 2021, focusing mainly on litigation, debt recovery and administrative law.
  • Since June 2022, he has been an associate at Brož & Sokol & Novák.
  • He is fluent in English and has a passive knowledge of Spanish.

Mgr. Lucia Števiarová

  • In 2022, after defending her diploma thesis on the topic of European Legislation and Case Law regarding Hate Crime and receiving the grade excellent, she successfully completed her studies at the Faculty of Law of Charles University.
  • In March 2022 she joined Brož & Sokol & Novák Law Office as a legal trainee.
  • During her studies she worked as a paralegal in a law firm in Prague with general practice specializing mainly in criminal law.
  • She also completed an internship at the district court.
  • In high school, she completed a semester-long exchange at Bear Creek High School in California.
  • During her studies, she took part in Erasmus + Programme at University of Vienna, Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest and received a scholarship from DAAD for a summer course at Humboldt University in Berlin.
  • She has been an active member of the Association of Czech Lawyers Všehrd, where she participated in the organization of the Lawyer´s Ball of the Association of Czech Lawyers Všehrd.
  • She is fluent in English and German and has attended several seminars in both languages.
